No refunds
All sales are final. Body Fat Test CA does not issue refunds for any reason, including missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations. You may reschedule to another available time at the same event, or contact us to move to the next event at this location.
Your signup
Signing up reserves a 10-minute hydrostatic testing slot. Please arrive on time with a swimsuit and towel.
There are no refunds for cancellations. We will work with you to reschedule if possible.
Events may be canceled or moved. You will be notified at the email or phone number you provided.
By signing up you agree to receive appointment email and text if you opted in.
Changing or cancelling
To change your time or cancel, go to Find, change or cancel signup and enter the email address you used to book. We email a secure link to that address; for your privacy, booking details are never shown before the link is opened. Cancelling releases your time slot. It does not return any payment.
Record of your acceptance
When you check the acceptance box on the signup form we store which version of this page you agreed to (2026-08-13.v1), the date and time you agreed and the IP address the acceptance came from. That record is kept with your signup.
